Hi, I’m Dr. Weeks.
Welcome to my practice!
I have 20+ years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults in private and nonprofit organizations, tribal communities, military environments, and social service systems. These experiences provide a deeper understanding of the pressures faced by adults serving and working within complex systems.
My practice and approach are authentically aligned with my core values. This is also why I attended a private, faith based graduate school, and served this country with honor and integrity – despite hardships.
While everyone navigates conflict and transitions differently – my goal is to assist you with clarifying your values to navigate the demands and transitions you face.
These are the very reasons why I combine deep empathy with straightforward, values-based, and evidence-informed support. Services are individually tailored, and include practical steps to align your roles and responsibilities with your core values without losing momentum.

My Approach
My approach is straightforward, upfront, and specifically tailored for you. I use practical strategies, with a balance of humor, challenge, and support. I specifically emphasize your personal autonomy, respect for privacy, and the gravity of what you manage every day.
Care is collaborative, reflective and guided by ongoing assessment and progress towards your goals.
Evidenced informed frameworks (CBT, CBTi, ACT, Somatic, CPT, PE, and Polyvagal) are integrated with your values, religious, cultural and spiritual practices.
Evidenced informed frameworks and your lived experiences are used to tailor your goals with actionable steps for you to take between sessions.
The focus is on practical results and aligning your daily life with what matters most to you.
How I’m Different
I’m direct. I encourage and model open, honest and collaborative discussions about outcomes.
I actively tailor my practice to work best for my clients and work really well for me.
I created values-based measures and self-screeners that are available for you to measure your progress.
I can also help you tailor your life in a way that works best for you, because I don’t expect, nor do I believe it’s helpful for you to stay in therapy forever. I also created a free tool to help you figure out when you’re done with therapy with me and when it would be helpful to return to therapy. We’re going to discuss progress toward your goals at every session, so we know that what we’re doing is working for you. If things aren’t working, we want to make corrections right away so you’re not wasting your time.
At the end of every session – we do a session checkout, which is time for you to reflect on what was or wasn’t helpful, your takeaway, and steps to take between sessions to work toward your goals.
My Journey To Becoming a Psychologist
Raised in a family with generations of male service members, as the only woman to serve, I experienced the standards, and quiet perseverance that defines the lives of many military families.
Families like mine appear sturdy – while navigating deep fractures, limited emotional presence amid family crisis, health concerns and loss. These realities, combined with being raised on a rural mini-farm with periodic multigenerational support, alongside teen boys who were dually involved in the foster care and juvenile justice systems, deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, perseverance, and ingrained my values of faith, integrity, and service.
Having been heavily involved in 4-H, animal husbandry, and training my own horses fostered my love, and respect for the land, animals, resources, and all of God’s creation. Through these hardships, I learned lifelong lessons about the quiet power of humility, grace, and authentic connection.
Prior to graduate school, as a co-owner of a family owned satellite company, I implemented customer satisfaction measures, assisted with basic tech support and installations while simultaneously spending 15 years in direct service roles supporting children, teens, and adults facing trauma, crisis, addictions, and transitions. Noticing problematic substance use and deep communication gaps between teens and their families, I became certified in addiction counseling (CADC) and equine-assisted therapy (EAGALA). I then piloted a free school based treatment program using my personally trained horses to provide services through a private non-profit program.
My early life experiences, paired with directly serving others stirred a deep calling to pursue advanced clinical training at a private religious doctoral program to incorporate my values with advanced training.
As an older, non-traditional student, I jokingly refer to attending graduate school as my pre-midlife crisis. I truly believe this is the work I was create for, and my life experiences have forged my strength and resolve to endure and grow.
While in doctoral training, I earned a military scholarship and combined prior experiences with specialized studies while volunteering as a Family Readiness Group Coordinator (FRG) with an Army Reserve Battery Battalion. As a military psychologist, I provided support to service members navigating their military careers, leadership roles, responsibilities, military experiences and life transitions.
While in service, and to this day, I stand for my values, the rights of fellow service members, as well as the legitimacy of our inalienable and constitutional rights.
After transitioning out of military service, I took a much needed sabbatical and channeled this journey into founding Grace Endures Psychotherapy to provide collaborative, values-driven, specialized care to honor personal strengths and growth.
Grace Endures Psychotherapy – History & Background
I founded Grace Endures Psychotherapy in 2025. My practice offers convenient, tailored teletherapy for high-achievers and those with unwavering integrity who often “push through.”
The name “Grace Endures” reflects my core belief that grace and resilience sustain us through life’s hardest seasons. I created this practice to provide collaborative, individualized teletherapy honoring personal strengths, faith, and growth that high-achievers need to thrive.
The logo was created based on the theme of God’s enduring grace and incorporates my values of faith, family, friends, colleagues, and my country.
